Bio

Dr. Melanie Gareau is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, and Cell Biology at the School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Gareau’s lab studies the microbiota-gut-brain axis to identify the mechanisms involved in the communication pathways of the brain and how they are dysregulated in diseases.
